CI that never builds the same thing twice
Sablewire caches every compile, test and container layer across your whole team, so a 20-minute pipeline comes back in under three. It drops into the CI you already run.

Teams who stopped waiting on CI
- Our monorepo pipeline went from 34 minutes to 6 the week we turned it on. Nobody had to touch a single workflow file. (Priya Raman, Staff engineer, Lattice Freight)
- The cache analytics showed a third of our test time was one flaky fixture. Fixed it in an afternoon. (Mateo Ibarra, Platform lead, Orbitly)
- We retired three self-hosted cache servers and a cron job nobody understood. (Hana Kobayashi, SRE, Tessellate Labs)
- Cold reads in Frankfurt are faster than our old warm cache in Virginia. (Lukas Brandt, Infra engineer, Northgate Pay)
- Every pull request now shows which targets rebuilt and why. Reviews got faster too. (Amara Osei, Engineering manager, Quillrun)
- Annual seats made finance happy. The build minutes we stopped paying for made them happier. (Daniel Voss, VP Engineering, Fernhook)
- Bazel, Gradle and Turborepo on one cache. It speaks all three without a plugin zoo. (Sofia Marchetti, Build engineer, Kitecraft)
- We onboarded 220 engineers on a Friday with one environment variable. (Owen Pritchard, Developer experience, Harborline)
- The status page is honest, the docs are short, and the support engineer actually reads the logs. (Leila Haddad, CTO, Parcelwise)

Questions from the build channel
Straight answers. The docs go deeper on every one.
-
Bazel, Buck2, Gradle, Nx, Turborepo, Pants and anything that speaks the Bazel remote cache API or plain HTTP. Docker layers are cached through the BuildKit cache backend.
-
No. Sablewire plugs into GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Buildkite, CircleCI and Jenkins with one environment variable. Our runners are optional.
-
In the regions you pick, encrypted at rest with a key per organisation. Entries are content-addressed and readable only with your tokens; Scale and Self-hosted can pin data to a private region.
-
Builds fall through to a normal compile within 300 ms. An outage can make a pipeline slower, never red.
-
A seat is a person who triggered a build in the billing month. Bots, service accounts and read-only viewers are free.
-
Yes. The Team trial runs for 14 days on your own pipelines and ends with a report of the time saved on every target.

Install the CLI, point your CI at it and watch the second run. Most teams see the difference before lunch.
