# Curved Reel Hero

> Your clips, screens or pictures on a strip bent into a 3D curve. It wraps toward the viewer or bulges away like a drum, as rounded cards or as frames on a film strip. It glides one card at a time, and each time a card comes to rest a marker writes a note beside it: a scribbled circle, an arrow, a burst or a tick, plus a few handwritten words. Videos play on the cards. Without real media, the cards get drawn stand-ins. You get one self-contained page plus an embed, checked at four widths, with a still fallback and a frame-exact MP4.

## What you need

- Node.js 18 or newer. Nothing to install.
- Chrome, Chromium or Edge, for the checks and the recording (the scripts find it; set `CHROME_PATH` if they don't).
- ffmpeg, for the video (`brew install ffmpeg`, `winget install ffmpeg`, `apt install ffmpeg`; or set `FFMPEG_PATH`).
- Internet access when the page is opened: three.js, the fonts and the Caveat handwriting font load from jsDelivr at pinned versions with integrity hashes. Without it, visitors see the still picture; the page still works.

## Install

The first run prints a sign-in link; open it, approve, and run the command again. Pro skills install for accounts that bought them or have Pro.

Where it installs:

- Run by Claude Code: `~/.claude/skills/curved-reel-hero` only, the one folder Claude Code reads.
- From your own terminal: `~/.agents/skills/curved-reel-hero`, which Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot CLI, Cursor and OpenCode read, and also `~/.claude/skills/curved-reel-hero` when `~/.claude` exists.

Add `--claude` or `--shared` to write only one of those folders, or `--project` to install into the current folder instead. Start a new agent session afterwards so it picks up the skill.
