# Launch Scene Kit

> A library of 25 designed motion scenes for launch videos, and the workflow to cut a film from them. Your agent reads your site, picks one scene for each beat (hook, product demo, how it works, proof, close), writes the copy, captures your real screens and renders one film in one look: light, dark or a poster stage in your brand color. Every scene stays editable, every cut lands on a bar line, and each scene is also cut as its own MP4.

## What you need

- Node.js 22 or newer and FFmpeg (with `ffprobe`) on the PATH.
- Chrome, Chromium or Edge, for capturing screens. Set `CHROME_PATH` if it isn't in the usual place.
- HyperFrames runs through `npx`, pinned to the version this kit was tested with: `npx --yes hyperframes@0.8.192`. The first render downloads a headless Chrome of its own. If `render` says Chrome is missing, run `npx --yes hyperframes@0.8.192 browser ensure` once.
- Network access to `fonts.googleapis.com` (Geist, Geist Mono and Instrument Serif) and `cdn.jsdelivr.net` (GSAP). See Troubleshooting if either is blocked.
- Music is optional and not included. Bring a track the person has a licence for (step 9).

## Install

The first run prints a sign-in link; open it, approve, and run the command again. Pro skills install for accounts that bought them or have Pro.

Where it installs:

- Run by Claude Code: `~/.claude/skills/launch-scene-kit` only, the one folder Claude Code reads.
- From your own terminal: `~/.agents/skills/launch-scene-kit`, which Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot CLI, Cursor and OpenCode read, and also `~/.claude/skills/launch-scene-kit` when `~/.claude` exists.

Add `--claude` or `--shared` to write only one of those folders, or `--project` to install into the current folder instead. Start a new agent session afterwards so it picks up the skill.
