What you get
- A model sheet with front, three-quarter, side and back views, cut into a turnaround
- 16 built-in poses (hello, thumbs up, thinking, party, asleep, shipping and more) or up to 24 of your own
- Transparent cut-outs with a soft floor shadow, die-cut stickers with a white border, and 128 px emoji
- An A4 sticker sheet at 300 dpi, a 1920 × 1080 share image and an index page
- A color check of every pose against the model sheet
- Open-source licenses for every part it builds on
Good fit
- Startups can give their brand a collectible-toy mascot and use it in onboarding, empty states and launch posts.
- Community managers can make Slack or Discord emoji of one character in poses like hello, thumbs up, shipping and asleep.
- Small brands can print the A4 sticker sheet at 300 dpi for packaging, events or thank-you notes.
Not for
- Recreating an existing mascot from a picture
- Flat 2D or hand-drawn sticker styles: see Mascot Sticker Sheet
- Poses with words or signs in them
About this skill
One 3D designer-vinyl-toy mascot in many poses, all clearly the same character. You describe it once with its colors as hex; an image model makes a four-view model sheet, then every pose with that sheet as the reference. The script cuts each pose out and builds die-cut stickers with a white border, 128 px emoji, a turnaround, an A4 sticker sheet and a share image, and flags any pose whose colors drifted.
Example request
Make a 3D vinyl mascot for our notes app, a cube-shaped cat with a mint bandana, in eight poses as stickers and Slack emoji.
How it works
Your agent
- 1
Design the character
Ask what it is for (a notes app, a bakery, a dev tool) and settle on one simple character: a body shape, two or three colours, one distinctive feature (a sprout, a bandana, a visor) and the eyes.
- 2
Write
mascot.jsonCopy
examples/tofu/mascot.json(a cube-shaped cat) orexamples/pebble/mascot.json(a pebble with a sprout) and change it. - 3
Make the model sheet, and check it
Open
images/model-sheet.jpg(or.png: the script keeps whatever format the model returns) and show it to the person. - 4
Make the poses and build
About 30 to 60 seconds per pose with Gemini; eight poses plus the sheet is nine images.
- 5
Look, then redo single poses
Look at the emoji at 32 px: a pose that reads as a blob there needs a clearer gesture.

You get
- turnaround/front.png

What you need
- Node.js 18 or newer. Nothing to install.
- Chrome, Chromium or Edge (the script finds it; set
CHROME_PATHif it doesn't). It does the cut-outs, stickers and exports. - An image key in the environment:
GEMINI_API_KEY(Gemini 3 Pro Image, "Nano Banana Pro", the default and what made the examples) orOPENAI_API_KEY(GPT Image). Without a key, the script writesprompts.mdand you make the images in any image app and drop them inimages/.
Last checked Nov 2, 2026: the package’s own build and render commands ran and passed.
If something goes wrong
"No image key"
Set
GEMINI_API_KEYorOPENAI_API_KEY, or make the images by hand fromprompts.md.A pose looks like a different character
Regenerate it; if several do, the model sheet is weak (too small, or views overlap): regenerate the sheet and the poses.
Holes in the cut-out where the eyes are
A colour of the character was missing from
colors, so the backdrop was too close to it. Add it, deleteimages/and run again.

Write a reviewFAQ
How does the character stay the same in every pose?
It first makes a model sheet with front, three-quarter, side and back views, and every pose is generated with that sheet attached as the reference. The colors are written as hex in every prompt, and each pose is compared with the sheet afterwards.
Which image models does it use?
Gemini 3 Pro Image by default, or GPT Image with an OpenAI key. Without a key it writes prompts.md so you can make the images in any image app and run the same cut-outs and stickers.
How is it different from Mascot Sticker Sheet?
Mascot Sticker Sheet draws a flat cartoon character as vector art from parts, with no image model. Vinyl Mascot Pack makes a rendered 3D toy look with an image model, then cuts out each pose and builds the stickers and emoji.
Which agents is Vinyl Mascot Pack written for?
Any agent that reads SKILL.md folders, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.
Do I own what I make with it?
Yes. Everything your agent makes with this skill is yours, including for client and commercial work.
