What you get
- A browser deck where a cast of shapes and your product move, resize and recolour between slides
- Nine layouts: title, statement, numbers, bars, feature, photo, list, quote and closing, with three tones and a mirror flip
- Chart bars that rise from the baseline, with the highlighted bar played by the big sun and your product on top
- A PowerPoint file with the Morph transition, every shape, picture and text box named so Morph pairs them, all editable
- A contrast check on what really lies behind every line, and a warning when a slide has nothing to move
- A PDF of the finished slides, and two example decks with their pictures
- Open-source licenses for every part it builds on
Good fit
- Founders with a physical or visual product can pitch with the product riding across every slide, from the title to the traction chart.
- Brands launching on stage can present a keynote that moves like an agency built it and still hand over an editable PowerPoint file.
- Teams that live in PowerPoint get Morph transitions already set up, with every shape named so they can add their own slides that move too.
Not for
- Decks over moving footage (see Cinema Deck)
- Long board packs with tables and many charts (see Investor Memo Deck)
- Google Slides as the place you present: it shows the slides still, without Morph
About this skill
A deck where nothing just appears: a big round sun, a pill, a dot and your product cut-out travel from slide to slide. The sun shrinks to a corner, unrolls into a panel and becomes the tallest bar of a chart, with your product riding on it; words that stay glide with them. Your agent builds it from your notes and a product PNG, checks every line of text against what really moves behind it, and exports a PowerPoint file that does the same moves with PowerPoint's own Morph transition, every shape and text box editable.
Example request
Make a Morph Deck for our seed pitch from pitch.md, with our product cut-out product.png riding across the slides, a bar chart of monthly revenue, speaker notes, and export the PDF and a PPTX with Morph.
How it works
Your agent
- 1
Plan the slides
Turn the person's material into 6 to 14 slides, one idea per slide.
- 2
Write
deck.jsonTop level:
titleandorgare required;objectis the product cut-out for every slide;langdefaults toen. - 3
Build
It checks every slide, the theme and every picture, and lists every problem at once, then writes
out/index.htmland copies the pictures intoout/media/. - 4
Check it and look at every slide
Fix every error: change the tone, flip the slide, use a different layout or shorten the text.
- 5
Export the PDF
It writes
out/index.pdf, one 1920×1080 page per slide, and checks the page count. - 6
Export the PowerPoint file (optional)
It writes
out/index.pptxon PowerPoint's widescreen page, with the Morph transition on every slide after the first. - 7
Hand it off
Give the person
out/(index.html and media/) to present in the browser, index.pdfto send, andindex.pptxto present or edit in PowerPoint.
- 1
You get
- out/index.html
- out/shots/slide-01.png
- out/index.pdf
- out/index.pptx

What you need
- Node.js 18 or newer.
- Chrome, Chromium or Edge installed, for the checks, the PDF and the PPTX. Set
CHROME_PATHif the scripts don't find it. - For the PPTX only:
npm i pptxgenjs@4.0.1in the folder you run the export from. - Internet access when the deck is opened, checked or exported, for the Google Fonts stylesheet.
- Optional but what makes it: a product cut-out, a
.pngwith a clear (transparent) background, trimmed close to the object, about 600 to 1200 px on its long side. A bottle, a device, a shoe, a coin, a sculpture. Without one the deck still moves (the shapes carry it). - Optional: photos (
.jpgor.png) for thephotolayout.
Last checked Nov 2, 2026: the package’s own build and render commands ran and passed.
If something goes wrong
build: fix deck.json firstEach line names the slide, the field and the limit. Shorten rather than work around limits.
the object must be a .png cut-outCut the product out first (remove.bg, Photoshop, macOS Preview's Remove Background, or rembg) and trim the empty edges.
The product looks small or off-centre on the sun
Its PNG has wide empty margins. Trim them; the build fits the picture's own box.

Write a reviewFAQ
Does the PowerPoint file really morph?
Yes. Every slide after the first carries PowerPoint's Morph transition, and each shape, picture and text box is named with two exclamation marks plus its key, which is how Morph knows the same object on two slides and moves it. It plays in PowerPoint 2019, 2021, 2024 and Microsoft 365; older versions and Keynote fade instead.
What do I need for the product that moves?
A PNG of the product with a clear background, trimmed close, about 600 to 1200 px on its long side. Any background remover makes one. Without it the deck still moves: the shapes carry it.
How does it keep text readable when shapes move under it?
The check photographs every slide with its text hidden and measures the lightest and darkest parts under each line against the text colour. When a line fails it says so, and you change the tone, flip the slide or shorten the text.
Which agents is Morph Deck written for?
Any agent that reads SKILL.md folders, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.
Do I own what I make with it?
Yes. Everything your agent makes with this skill is yours, including for client and commercial work.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
