- Only a home-level ~/.agents/skills is documented. A project-level .agents/skills is not, so put project skills in .grok/skills. Source
- The docs describe no skills install command. The route is to put the folder in place, then check with grok inspect or the /skills modal. Source
- allowed-tools is accepted but does nothing in Grok Build. The name is optional and falls back to the folder name. Source

What are Grok Build skills?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file: a name, a description and the steps to follow, plus any scripts or templates the job needs.
Lookbk skills are built this way. Each one turns a request such as “make a launch film” or “build a landing page” into steps Grok Build can follow, and ships the files they need. You put one in ~/.grok/skills/ and Grok Build can use it.

How do I add a Lookbk skill to Grok Build?
Paste the connect prompt into Grok Build, approve the sign-in once, then ask for a skill by name. Or download the ZIP from the skill’s page and unzip it into ~/.grok/skills/.
Does Grok Build read the same skill folders as other agents?
Grok Build’s docs list ~/.agents/skills/, which 16 other agents on Lookbk also list: Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, OpenClaw and 10 more. A skill there is one copy for all of them.
Does Grok Build read Claude Code skills?
The docs say it reads Claude Code skills. They do not list the .claude/skills path, so for a skill you want to be sure of, use ~/.grok/skills.
Have Lookbk’s skills been tested in Grok Build?
