- Cline’s skills page lists no .agents/skills folder, though its config page does. To be sure a skill is seen, put it in ~/.cline/skills. Source
- If a global and a project skill share a name, the global one wins. That is the reverse of most agents. Source

The installer writes ~/.agents/skills/ and ~/.claude/skills. Cline’s docs list neither as a skills folder, so it would not see the skill.
What are Cline skills?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file: a name, a description and the steps to follow, plus any scripts or templates the job needs. Skills load on demand, so they do not use context while you work on something unrelated.
Lookbk skills are built this way. Each one turns a request such as “make a launch film” or “build a landing page” into steps Cline can follow, and ships the files they need. You put one in ~/.cline/skills/ and Cline can use it.

Cline’s docs name ~/.cline/skills/ for every project, and .cline/skills/, .clinerules/skills/ or .claude/skills/ inside one project.
How do I add a Lookbk skill to Cline?
Download the ZIP from the skill’s page and unzip it into ~/.cline/skills/. The Lookbk installer writes ~/.agents/skills/ and ~/.claude/skills, which Cline’s docs do not list.
Does Cline read the same skill folders as other agents?
Cline reads ~/.cline/skills/. Its docs do not list ~/.agents/skills/, so a skill in that shared folder is not seen.
Where do I manage skills in Cline?
Click the scale icon at the bottom of the Cline panel, left of the model selector, then open the Skills tab. Each skill has an on and off switch.
Have Lookbk’s skills been tested in Cline?
Lookbk has not recorded a run in Cline. The skills follow the open SKILL.md format, which Cline’s docs say it reads. Whether a skill’s own scripts run depends on the tools on your machine, listed on each skill page under What you need.
