What are Kilo Code skills?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file: a name, a description and the steps to follow, plus any scripts or templates the job needs. When the agent decides a task matches a skill’s description, it reads the full SKILL.md into context.
Lookbk skills are built this way. Each one turns a request such as “make a launch film” or “build a landing page” into steps Kilo Code can follow, and ships the files they need. You put one in ~/.kilo/skills/ and Kilo Code can use it.

Questions about Kilo Code skills
Where does Kilo Code keep its skills?
Kilo Code’s docs name ~/.kilo/skills/ or ~/.agents/skills/ for every project, and .kilo/skills/ or .agents/skills/ inside one project.
How do I add a Lookbk skill to Kilo Code?
Paste the connect prompt into Kilo Code, approve the sign-in once, then ask for a skill by name. Or download the ZIP from the skill’s page and unzip it into ~/.kilo/skills/.
Does Kilo Code read the same skill folders as other agents?
Kilo Code’s docs list ~/.agents/skills/, which 16 other agents on Lookbk also list: Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, OpenClaw and 10 more. A skill there is one copy for all of them.
Does the skill name have to match its folder?
The page says both: one section requires a match and the troubleshooting section says it does not. Make the two identical and you are safe either way.
Have Lookbk’s skills been tested in Kilo Code?
Lookbk has not recorded a run in Kilo Code. The skills follow the open SKILL.md format, which Kilo Code’s docs say it reads. Whether a skill’s own scripts run depends on the tools on your machine, listed on each skill page under What you need.
The facts about Kilo Code come from its own documentation. Read it here.
Skills for every agent you use
The same SKILL.md folder reaches every agent below that reads it. Each page shows where that agent looks.
